I am glad that we finally found one because honestly I was about to give up. I hated looking for a house! That process officially sucks nuts! EW! See its gross!!! But I love love LOVE this house! We did not think we were going to get this house because when we put our first offer in the bank had other offers going in and they wanted us to do a "bidding war". LAME! And we werent going to play that game...so we kept looking. We found another one and put an offer on that one and while waiting to hear on that one we received a call saying that the people who were going to purchase the first house walked away and the listing agent was calling to see if we were still interested....well....F**K YEAH! So there you have it! Its an amazing house! I love it!
Here are some specs:
* 5 bedrooms [one will be a craft room / one an office / one a mini gym] we are planners. Hahha Ooh and perhaps I will make one a photo studio! I am getting back into photography and it will be great after I finish my MAC MAKEUP course! I can take appointments in my own house once I buy some backdrops. Its gonna be AMAZING!!!!

* the craftroom was literally meant to be a craftroom. Really. It has shelves built into the room with many electronic hookups. Its really cool!
* Basement is 100%% finished! YES! Fully carpeted / canister lighting / and even the window wells are landscaped. Its crazy!!! When you look outside the windows in the basement...you see this redrock / desert type of scenery. Its funny.
* Gas fireplace
* French door entrance into the living room / front room. [I cant wait to open those doors like they do in the movies. Hahahah!]
* Fully fenced backyard! It also has a place for a garden already...which I LOVE!
Yeah those are just a few of the specs....sadly it does not have a spiral staircase...but thats okay. I will live.
We will probably move in around the first week of October...and I will definitely pose some photos!!!

that's a nice house! it has wood floors and everything! well thats wut i saw from the pictures. its really nice tho, i cant wait tell you get it that was we can thro you a house warming party thingy lol! :D
